Steamed egg with ground pork and salted duck egg(Shanghainese dish)

Salad 

Vermicelli mun-bean sprouts and tofu salad(V.)

 Waldorf salad with caramelized walnuts


Main course (with rice) 

Mixed vegetable red curry (V.)
Anchovy butter chicken


Dessert (extra 1 pound)

Olive oil cake with red grapes(V.)

Sticky rice mini-dumplings with rice wine and red bean paste garnished with sweet olive
