Graceful Kitchen  Supperheroes Charity Event on 16th Nov.

 

I'm really proud to host this event for Action Against Hunger, and if you would like authentic, delicious Chinese food I hope you will join us!

 

Time: 7pm

Prices: £15 for vegetarian, £18 for non-vegetarian

 

Menu:

Starter

Hot and sour soup

(shitakki mushroom,black wood ear,egg,bamboo,pork,chicken stock)

or

Asparagus salad with spicy pickle tofu dressing (V.)

( spicy pickle tofu,bell pepper,asparagus,rocket)

Side dish

Slow cooked beef shin with five spice

 

or

Deep fried aubergine with garlic bread crumbs (V.)

Main course

Yu-Shiang aubergine en casserole

(aubergine, salted fish,ground pork, black bean sauce, Sichuang pepper)

or

Baked Chinese leaf (V.)

(Chinese leaf, mushroom, vegetable stock, milk, butter,onion)

 

All main course serve with rice

Dessert

Glutinous Rice Dumplings in Fermented Rice Wine and egg

(Classic Chinese dessert soup)

 

Also offer jasmine tea or English tea
